Fitness Bootcamp

The Fitness Bootcamp is a 4-week fitness program. Choose YOUR schedule of 2-3x/week. One hour workouts at local parks and beaches! CIA certified instructors/trainers welcome ALL levels of fitness. Classes are designed to increase in intensity over the 4 weeks with a mixture of both cardio and resistance training. Exercises include agility and power drills, short distance running or power walking, jumping rope, circuit training, core conditioning, push-ups, and more!

Stride Strength and Stretch

Come join CIA and its newest recruits for a walking workout through the streets and along the beach in So. County complete with strength training and stretching for a head-to-toe workout.

Saturday Beach Bootcamp

Sand, sun, stairs and waves all come together to provide an excellent setting for an incredible full-body workout.  Class currently offered on the last Saturday of every month open to current bootcampers, guests, new recruits, and vacationers.  All you need is a beach towel, water, and a sense of adventure!

Buggy Bootcamp

CIA's NEWEST class! A total fitness program for moms and their babies/toddlers. It includes power walking and jogging as well as intervals of body toning and stretching using body weight, resistance equipment, and buggies (strollers). It's a great workout for any level of exerciser. For more information, read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Junior Bootcamp (Seasonal)

This outdoor fitness class is made especially for children! A fun and high energy instructor leads the children over, under, back and forth with simple running/walking low and high impact movement using fun props. Start young and stay healthy! 3 sessions offered this summer! Sign your child(ren) up for all three and receive a discount on the registration and a CIA Bootcamp hat(s)!

Explosive Challenge!

Are you ready to enlist in a 4-consecutive day session? Class is designed to challenge any participant to achieve that next level of fitness. Fun, motivating classes working strength, agility, cardio endurance, and balance.

Personal Training

Customized hour-long workouts with a Certified Personal Trainer. Package rates and per hour rates available.

Sports Conditioning/Athletic Training Camp

Adult /Youth Athletic Teams and groups will benefit from cross training and  conditioning designed to allow the athlete to better meet the physical demands of his/her specific sport.  Contact us for more information, pricing, and scheduling.

Corporate or Specialized Bootcamp

Looking for ways to promote health and wellness within your company? Have a group of 10 friends or more? Schedule your own fitness bootcamp. You pick the days, times and number of weeks! Call (805) 550-1304 for more information or contact us today!

  • 3, 5, or 8 lb hand weights
  • Water bottle
  • Rain poncho (seasonally)

  • Good, supportive running shoes

CIA bootcamp will supply all new recruits with an official CIA cap to help keep the sun out of your eyes!.
